Description
The Operations Manager will work out of the Beltsville, Maryland depot and manage delivery routes, drivers, fleet maintenance, inventory, budgets, and after-hours calls. The role also trains and certifies new drivers, supervises and delegates tasks, and assists the General Manager. It requires a bachelor's degree or 3–5 years of equivalent experience, a valid US driver's license with a clean driving record, and computer experience with logistics or routing programs or Oracle; CDL experience, supervisory experience, and mechanical aptitude are preferred. The position is not remote or hybrid, offers a starting annual salary of $74,000–$77,000, and includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, paid time off, a 401(k) package, and bonus eligibility.
