MAT Holdings, Inc. is hiring an on-site, full-time Operations Manager in Springfield, Minnesota to lead manufacturing operations and a team of supervisors. The role focuses on production planning, safety, quality, cost control, continuous improvement, KPI development, machine and tooling optimization, staffing, and coordination with sales, shipping, and upper management. Candidates should have at least 3–5 years of manufacturing management experience, knowledge of SAP or a similar ERP system, and preferably a bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. The posted salary range is $90,000 to $110,000 annually, including bonus.
