Mergon Corporation is hiring a permanent full-time Operations Manager to lead a blow molding manufacturing operation. The role oversees production, scheduling, maintenance, tooling, engineering, technical resources, safety, quality, delivery, productivity, cost, and continuous improvement, while leading cross-functional teams and supporting organizational strategic objectives. The position requires senior-level manufacturing operations leadership experience, preferably in blow molding or injection molding within the automotive industry, along with knowledge of manufacturing metrics, Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, preventive maintenance, and operational performance management.
