Microbac is seeking an Operations Manager to stabilize and drive performance across laboratory operations. The role leads department managers and supervisors, coordinates staffing, workflow, inventory, equipment, and facility maintenance, monitors performance metrics, ensures compliance with safety and regulatory requirements, and serves as a primary contact for clients on operational matters. The position requires demonstrated operations or team-leadership experience, a bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field, and previous laboratory experience.
