MOKA is hiring a full-time Operations Manager in Madison, Wisconsin, to lead 4–8 coffee shop locations and oversee store managers, operational standards, financial performance, team development, customer experience, and community engagement. The role requires 3–5+ years of experience in food service, coffee, quick-service retail, hospitality, or a similar fast-paced customer-facing business, with multi-unit leadership experience preferred. Compensation is $70,000–$85,000 base plus a quarterly bonus program, with health, dental, retirement, paid time off, and in-store discounts.
