The Operations Manager deputises for the Store Manager and leads store operations, safety, legal compliance, sales, availability, and team development. The role involves mentoring department managers, coaching staff, maintaining food safety and hygiene standards, reviewing store data, managing resources, and responding to customer feedback. Candidates should ideally have proven retail experience managing a large, fast-paced store operation turning at least £150,000 per week, along with strong leadership, coaching, communication, and collaborative skills.
