Nadel is hiring a full-time, in-person Outbound Operations Manager in Kansas City, Missouri, to lead fulfillment, kitting, and outbound shipping operations. The role oversees supervisors and frontline staff, manages staffing and labor, monitors safety, quality, productivity, service, and cost performance, drives continuous improvement, and supports budget and operational decision-making. Candidates should have fulfillment, warehouse, distribution, shipping, or related operations experience, leadership experience, knowledge of operational KPIs, and familiarity with Microsoft Office and inventory or shipping software.
