Description
The Warehouse Manager oversees warehouse operations, including budgeting, labor scheduling, space and equipment, safety, security, housekeeping, sanitation, inventory, shipments, and customer service. The role manages and develops direct reports, plans labor based on sales forecasts, improves operational procedures, analyzes reports, and coordinates with Finance, HR, Sales, and other departments. It requires five years of warehouse operations or direct warehouse management experience, WMS experience, management and communication skills, computer proficiency, and the ability to work flexible shifts and cold-storage or dry-storage conditions. The pay range is $68,500 to $123,300, with medical, dental, life and disability insurance, retirement, paid time off, bonus eligibility, and holidays.
