OnTrac is hiring an onsite Operations Manager in Logan Township, New Jersey, reporting to the General Manager and responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, personnel, strategic processes, budgeting, vendor and independent-contractor accountability, performance management, and operational efficiency. The role requires a GED or diploma, at least five years of management experience, and experience with an independent-contractor model; last-mile delivery or small-parcel experience is highly desired. The position follows a PM Friday-to-Monday shift from 1:30 pm to 12:00 am, with expected starting base pay of $92,400 to $115,500 and potential base salary up to $138,600.
