Description
OpenAI is hiring an Operations Manager to own the execution and strategy for transforming early product concepts into high-quality, manufacturable consumer devices. The role leads cross-functional planning, vendor relationships, build readiness, production planning, supplier capacity, cost, yield, and schedule performance, and scalable operational systems across hardware programs. It is based in Singapore with a hybrid model of four office days per week, relocation support, and occasional travel to supplier and manufacturing sites. Candidates should have at least six years of experience in hardware operations, manufacturing, or supply chain, and have successfully taken a product from concept through mass production.
