Pacific Coast Producers is hiring an Operations Manager to lead production, safety, inventory, quality, shipping, receiving, maintenance, budgeting, and facility operations at its Woodland, California distribution center. Reporting to the Senior Director of Supply Chain, the role supervises shift supervisors, manages personnel performance, and oversees a safety and environmental program. The position requires at least five years of progressively responsible management experience in food or beverage manufacturing, experience in a collective bargaining environment, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems. It is a full-time, on-site role with a salary range of $120,000 to $150,000 per year and medical, dental, and vision coverage.
