Pavago is hiring a full-time remote Operations Manager to serve as the operational right hand to the founder of a rapidly growing U.S.-based lending company. The role manages day-to-day operations, projects, cross-functional teams, technology vendors, lending documentation, operational workflows, and systems that support business growth. It requires at least five years of experience in operations, project management, business operations, program management, or a similar role, along with startup experience, vendor coordination, process improvement, and strong organizational and communication skills.
