Pavago is hiring a full-time remote Operations Manager to support a founder of a rapidly growing U.S.-based lending company. The role manages day-to-day operations, projects, cross-functional teams, technology vendors, lending documentation, operational workflows, and systems that support scaling. It requires at least five years of experience in operations, project management, business operations, program management, or a similar role, along with startup experience, vendor coordination, process improvement, and strong communication skills.
