Description
The Operations Manager will lead the largest distribution center in the network, overseeing safety, security, compliance, staffing, scheduling, budgets, forecasts, inventory or supply-chain logistics, workflow efficiency, and operational performance. The role also includes recruiting and developing staff, managing operational improvement projects, and supporting longer-term plant strategy. It requires 3 to 7+ years of management or industry-specific experience, a bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field, and proficiency in financial forecasting, inventory tracking, KPI analysis, and Microsoft Office.
