Description
The Operations Manager will run a high-volume reverse logistics operation in a Dallas UAC, overseeing receiving, sorting, dispositioning, repair, distribution, inventory flow, safety, compliance, and customer service. The role leads 20–50 supervisors and frontline associates, manages P&L and cost centers, conducts audits and operational reporting, and coordinates with regional and corporate leadership. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least three years of operations, site, or warehouse management experience, team leadership experience, P&L or cost-center management experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to lift 50–100 pounds and hold a valid driver’s license. The position offers a base salary of $70,000–$75,000 per year plus benefits.
