Description
The role is a senior operations and strategic projects manager for an agro-industrial company, responsible for leading investment, infrastructure, technology, and operational improvement projects; overseeing safety, quality, animal welfare, sustainability, budgets, indicators, and growth plans; and managing teams, suppliers, external advisors, and productive resources. The position requires a professional degree in agronomy, veterinary medicine, industrial civil engineering, or a related field, at least seven years of experience leading large-scale productive operations, and availability to work on-site in the Osorno area of Los Lagos Region.
