Verus Engineering is hiring an Operations Manager to lead and grow a warehouse, fulfillment, and shipping team of 6–10 people in its Indianapolis automotive performance business. The role coordinates end-to-end warehouse and fulfillment operations, manages team performance, solves operational problems proactively, conducts accountability conversations, and drives continuous improvement in delivery, quality, and efficiency. Candidates should have 3–7 years of warehouse, production, or fulfillment operations experience, experience managing 5–20 people, and a background in small-to-mid manufacturing or distribution.
