The role leads the branch’s day-to-day operations, manages employees and budgets, supports financial performance and business development, oversees quality, safety, accreditation, testing standards, and client satisfaction, and collaborates with sales and other operations leadership. Candidates need a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least five years of management or supervisory experience, five years in a relevant testing field, P&L management experience, and strong communication and organizational skills.
