Description
N-Allo is hiring an Operations Manager to lead approximately 6 team coaches and their second-line employees at its Mechelen contact center site. The role is responsible for daily operations, operational performance and profitability, KPI analysis, process optimization, customer satisfaction, incident resolution, cross-departmental collaboration, and reporting to the Operations Director. The manager also travels to the Eupen site a few times per month. The position requires a bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent experience, several years of operational leadership experience, strong people management and communication skills in Dutch and French, and an interest in continuous improvement and digitalization.
