The role leads and develops service technicians, manages daily operations, financial performance, client service, appointments, routing, quality control, and account management, and supports sales and revenue goals. The position requires pest-control management experience, strong communication and coaching skills, a valid driver’s license, and occasional inter-provincial travel.
