Rentokil-Terminix Canada is hiring an experienced Operations Manager in Nanaimo, British Columbia to lead and develop a team of pest control service technicians. The role focuses on daily operations, client service, team coaching, sales and revenue support, routing and scheduling efficiency, and reporting, with occasional early morning and weekend work. The position requires pest control management experience, 3-5 years in a management role emphasizing customer service, strong communication skills, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to obtain required licenses and pass background and motor vehicle checks.
