RES is hiring an Operations Manager to lead field execution and operational coordination across ecological restoration and natural resource projects in Indiana and Southern Illinois. The role oversees multiple active projects, crews, subcontractors, equipment, fleet readiness, scheduling, logistics, safety, reporting, and client delivery; it also supports regional offices and mentors restoration operators. Candidates need at least five years of experience in large-scale field operations, vegetation management, solar operations, ecological restoration, or similar programs, along with strong operational planning, scheduling, coordination, and communication skills.
