Ritchies Transport is hiring a permanent full-time Operations Manager for its Albany Depot. The role leads daily depot operations, including rostering, bus dispatch, compliance, fleet readiness, health and safety, recruitment, performance monitoring, and customer issue resolution. The manager will lead approximately 235 staff across driving, cleaning, and yard functions and manage more than 180 vehicles. The position requires senior-level leadership experience in operations, logistics, or transport, strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, data-driven thinking, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment; public transport or similar large operational experience is desirable. Candidates must be in New Zealand and have the right to work there.
