ScaleOps is hiring an Operations Manager to own and scale its United States operations from Boston. The role covers end-to-end HR operations, payroll and compliance documentation, vendor and partner relationships, internal events and culture, process improvement, and serving as the primary contact for US employees on HR, finance, and operational questions. The position requires at least four years of operations, people operations, or administrative experience, strong communication and organizational skills, remote-work ability, and availability to support executive visits on-site.
