Description
The Operations Manager will lead production, shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations across four SeaCa Packaging facilities in California. The role oversees operational performance, standardization, safety, quality, compliance, continuous improvement, facility leadership, reporting, and cross-functional alignment. Candidates need at least seven years of progressive manufacturing, production, or packaging leadership experience, five years managing large teams and multiple operational functions, and demonstrated success leading multi-site operations. Compensation is $80,000–$85,000 plus bonuses, profit sharing, annual increases, and medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits.
