Seaway Plastics is hiring an Operations Manager to oversee the Brooksville facility’s injection-molding production, order entry, secondary operations, shipping, quality, inventory, safety, labor, and new-product-development programs. The role manages production scheduling, capacity and labor analysis, ERP and BOM monitoring, continuous improvement, employee development, and the divisional leadership team. It requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, at least 10 years of plastic injection-molding experience, 5–7 years of management experience, and strong manufacturing, quality, and process-improvement knowledge. Compensation is up to $140,000, with medical, dental, vision, disability, retirement, and other benefits.
