Sharp is hiring a full-time, day-shift Operations Manager in Belgium to lead stable, compliant, and high-performing pharmaceutical production and technical operations. The role oversees production planning, equipment and workforce availability, GMP and data-integrity compliance, audits, performance management, continuous improvement, new-product onboarding, cross-functional decision-making, and team development. Candidates need a master’s degree or equivalent experience, production leadership experience in a highly regulated environment, and experience leading operational improvements and transformation initiatives.
