Description
SIMCO Electronics is hiring a full-time Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations of a commercial calibration and repair laboratory. The role manages laboratory budgets, P&L, technical and administrative staff, accreditation, assets, service performance, customer and sales support, and complex test-and-measurement problems. It requires extensive calibration and repair experience, supervisory and P&L management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work primarily in a laboratory or manufacturing environment, with possible domestic and international travel.
