Description
SIMCO Electronics is hiring a full-time Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations of a commercial calibration and repair laboratory. The role manages laboratory budgets, P&L, technical and administrative staff, accreditation, assets, service performance, customer and sales support, and complex test-and-measurement problems. It requires at least 10 years of calibration and repair experience, including physical dimensional, RF/microwave, and general test equipment calibration, plus 4 years of supervisory or managerial experience and 2 years of P&L and budget experience.
