The role supervises non-clinical Care Team Members, partners with Therapy Supervisors, improves patient access and workflow, manages scheduling and provider productivity, oversees front-desk operations and collections, leads financial and operational performance, and develops the administrative care team. The position requires at least three years of healthcare practice management experience and offers a base-plus-bonus salary of $75,000 to $90,000, along with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
