STAYERY is hiring an Operations Manager to take full operational responsibility for its new 90-unit property in Bochum. The role manages on-site staff, coordinates external service providers, handles administrative tasks, supports smooth guest operations from check-in to departure, and collaborates with other hotel managers and headquarters. Candidates should have vocational training or a degree in hotel management or business administration, basic business administration knowledge, hospitality leadership experience, strong communication and service skills, and fluent German and English.
