Description
The Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of a transportation facility, including school routes, trips, charters, driver training, recruitment, customer development, payroll and accounting support, employee disciplinary coordination, financial planning, and compliance with STA, state, and federal regulations. The role is full-time and onsite in Milton, Florida, and requires at least three years of school bus or transportation operations experience, one year of leadership experience, and an associate’s degree or equivalent business education; a CDL with passenger and school bus endorsement is a plus.
