Description
The Operations Manager is responsible for daily operations, annual business planning, inside sales coordination, inventory and storage planning, shipping and receiving, and management of inside sales, production/fabrication, and distribution teams. The role also oversees recruiting, training, evaluation, payroll, safety programs, succession planning, and continuous improvement initiatives. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, at least five years of industrial distribution management experience, five years of team leadership experience, and five years of fluid conveyance or fluid sealing industry experience.
