Surteco is hiring an Operations Manager to oversee daily manufacturing operations for high-quality laminates and films. The role leads and develops the workforce, manages budgets and vendors, ensures safety, health, environmental, and quality compliance, analyzes operational data, and implements continuous-improvement processes. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a relevant field, 7–10 years of manufacturing leadership experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and Lean Six Sigma or continuous-improvement training.
