Description
Synagro is hiring a Field Operations Manager to direct day-to-day process control and operational activities for dewatering, dredging, and cleaning service projects. The role manages operators, leads, and subcontractors; supervises field personnel; coordinates maintenance; interfaces with environmental and regulatory agencies; manages project budgets, forecasts, schedules, and KPIs; and oversees projects from proposal through commissioning. The position requires more than 50% travel, heavy-equipment operation, and experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or construction environment, with an engineering or construction-management degree preferred.
