Description
The Operations Manager will oversee terminal operations in Zeebrugge, coordinating port, cold-storage, and packing processes; translating customer needs into people and resource deployment; developing operational improvements; monitoring invoicing, cost allocation, and financial accuracy; supporting SHEQ and ISPS compliance; maintaining commercial relationships; and building and developing a high-performing team. The role requires a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or a comparable field, at least five years of experience in an industrial or port environment, and knowledge of logistics and operational processes.
