Wonderful Citrus is hiring a Director of Operations to lead daily production execution and plant operations across juice processing and feedmill departments. The role owns production schedules, budgets, KPIs, equipment reliability, food safety, quality, safety, employee development, and operational improvements, while managing supervisory schedules and resolving employee disputes. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and significant manufacturing leadership experience, including 8–10 years of progressive manufacturing experience and 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
