Description
The Operations Manager will oversee end-to-end event operations for TOKEN2049 and SuperAI, including ticketing and payments, registration, exhibitor and vendor management, on-site operations, staff and volunteer coordination, customer support, data analysis, and continuous process improvement. The role also involves recruiting and mentoring junior operations executives and developing a roadmap to elevate the events. Candidates need 10 years of experience with event operations or ticket management for large-scale global events, strong project management and communication skills, and fluent English; interest in web3/crypto or AI is a plus.
