Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 3 years in transportation, logistics, or operations
1 year of supervisory or lead experience
Preferred Qualifications: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business, or related field
Familiarity with CDL requirements and DOT safety regulations
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including facilitating meetings and training sessions
Comfortable using dispatch systems, GPS platforms, and workforce management tools
