Description
The Operations Manager will lead a shift team of Operations Associates at Rips By Triumph, a graded trading card business. The role owns operational quality from card receipt through shipment, manages associate scheduling and inventory, handles high-value inventory, tracks supplies, audits inventory, maintains supplier relationships, trains and coaches associates, and enforces workspace standards. The position requires at least four years of shift lead, team lead, or supervisor experience in operations, warehouse, fulfillment, retail, or a similar high-performance environment, and offers healthcare, vision, dental, and 401k benefits.
