Description
The Operations Manager will lead a shift team of Operations Associates at Rips By Triumph, a graded trading card business. The role owns operational quality from card receipt through shipment, manages associate scheduling and inventory, handles high-value inventory, coordinates suppliers, trains and coaches associates, and maintains a clean and organized workspace. It requires at least four years of shift lead, team lead, or supervisor experience in operations, warehouse, fulfillment, retail, or a similar high-performance environment, along with strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills. The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, and may require a background check.
