Ualá is hiring a permanent Operations Manager for its Mexico operations, with a hybrid workspace. The role leads and optimizes core banking, operations, and development operations; analyzes and automates processes; coordinates with Argentina and technology teams; manages approximately 14 people; and ensures alignment with Mexican banking regulations and operational goals. Candidates need banking or fintech experience, operational or technology leadership experience, process-automation expertise, a relevant university degree, and knowledge of Mexico’s local financial market.
