The role is a hands-on leadership position overseeing reactor and fuel plant operators, radiation safety, compliance, procedures, staffing, budgets, scheduling, commissioning, and operational performance, with periodic travel to Los Angeles for coordination and training. Candidates should have an engineering or related technical background, 5+ years of operations experience, and strong leadership, safety, and quality assurance skills; U.S. work authorization and willingness to relocate to Orangeville are required.
