Description
Via is hiring an Operations Manager to lead daily onsite public-transit operations, manage fleet and driver supply, respond to real-time service issues, support drivers, improve rider and community experience through feedback and data, and coordinate with city partners and central teams. The role requires fixed-route transit experience, CDL-driver management, knowledge of Class A and Class B vehicles, and the ability to commute to the Elmira area four to five days per week. It is a fully in-person position with a stated annual salary range of $65,000 to $90,000 and medical and 401K benefits.
