Description
Voyago, Transdev Ontario is hiring an Operations Manager for its London Logistics Centre to oversee daily operations of the Call Centre and Dispatching functions supporting non-emergency medical transportation. The role leads Dispatchers, Call Centre Representatives, and Logistics Coordinators; manages staffing, scheduling, performance, customer service, service levels, KPIs, budgets, and continuous improvement; and prepares operational reports. The position is full-time, primarily Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with flexibility for alternate shifts, evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call coverage. A university degree, college diploma, or equivalent experience is required, along with leadership, customer service, budgeting, KPI, communication, Microsoft Office, and Ontario G-class driving qualifications. Compensation is $75,000 to $85,000.
