De Havilland Aircraft of Canada Limited is hiring two full-time, permanent Operations Managers to lead final assembly operations for the 515 WaterBomber/Twin Otter in Calgary, Alberta. Reporting to the Director of Operations, the role oversees production, quality, logistics, inventory, maintenance, safety, workforce development, operational planning, budgets, KPIs, and continuous improvement. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, at least seven years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience, and at least five years managing managers and cross-functional teams. The position offers an annual salary of $120,000 to $155,000, health, dental, disability, life insurance, and RRSP match benefits, and may be based at one of three Calgary facilities.
