WFG National Title Insurance Company is hiring an Operations Manager in Portland, Oregon to oversee daily operations across sales, title, and escrow teams. The role focuses on client service-level compliance, operational performance optimization, escalation resolution, staffing, employee coaching and talent development, policy and regulatory compliance, vendor and associate training, and client relationship management. It requires at least 10 years of national title and settlement experience and 10 years of management experience, with a high school diploma or GED; a college degree in Marketing, Finance, or Real Estate is preferred. The position is full-time Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., though part-time may be considered, and some travel is expected.
