Description
Willow is hiring a full-time Operations Manager to lead cross-functional operational projects from concept through implementation, design scalable SOPs and workflows, build ClickUp automations and dashboards, develop operational metrics, and serve as an operational partner to leaders across Clinical Operations, Compliance, Marketing, Customer Experience, Retail Operations, HR, Finance, and Product. The role requires 7+ years of operations experience, experience managing direct reports, full-cycle cross-functional initiative leadership, systems and automation expertise, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, distributed-team experience, and Eastern time zone availability.
