The WM Operations Manager Trainee oversees onboarding, development, coaching, mentoring, and performance management of drivers and helpers while spending most of the day in the field. Responsibilities include supporting new employees, reviewing route-operation documentation, conducting root-cause investigations, addressing safety issues, and maintaining regulatory records. The role requires an associate's degree or a high school diploma with two years of relevant experience, a valid driver's license, legal work eligibility, and completion of the WM Operations Manager Trainee program is preferred.
