The WM Operations Manager Trainee manages onboarding, development, coaching, mentoring, and performance of drivers and helpers while spending most of the day in the field. Responsibilities include daily employee support, safety and incident investigations, route-operation audits, customer-site visits, and regulatory documentation. The role requires an associate's degree or a high school diploma with two years of relevant experience, a valid driver's license, and eligibility to work in the country; successful completion of the WM Operations Manager Trainee program is preferred. It is an onsite position with a stated annual salary of $74,580 to $80,000 and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
